Looking for something that is just as yummy as Fruit Salad with Ice Cream but minus the extra calories.
Here is my yummy recipe and a perfect substitute for the sinful Fruit Salad Ice Cream.
All you need for one cup is half an orange, half an apple, pears, small portion of papaya (It shouldnt be sticky and watery), half a cup od strawberries , four dollops of thick Curds and a table spoon honey, if you have an extremely sweer tooth.
Lightly mix the thick curd with the fruits, dont beat it to look like some sticky concoction, pour the honey over the mixture, and top it with a nice cherry.
There goes your perfectly healthy substitute for a heavy calorie loaded Ice Cream Fruit Salad.

Little Miss Muffet and her curd rice
True blue madrasi Iyer Ponnu that I yam......cannot go to sleep without my daily dose of Thayir Saadham....
Takes no time to make, and is the best recipe for anyone with an overloaded stomach...if you know what i mean...tis very easy to digest and yummy too....
Take a cup full of steamed rice, leave it to cool.Once it gts to normal room temperature add two tea spoon of thick curd and half a glass of milk....Mix the concoction till the rice is totally soaked in the curd and milk combination....then take half a tea spoon of salt(actually salt can be taken according to taste)...mix it with the rice....Take a tadaka spoon, and add half a teaspoon oil, one green chilli finely chopped, 2 leaves of curry leaves mustard and a hint of asefodita...once the mustard seeds burst, pour the tadaka ove thr rice and garnish it with corriander leaves...
